Payment Policy
Nellie’s accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as payment options.
You can place your order by phone by calling us at 979 830-1756 during regular business hours. Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Sunday 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Online Shop Nellies
You may shop online and place your order at www.nelliesbrenham.com . Your credit card is charged when you place the order. This item will be reserved for you and will be shipped to you. If the item is out of stock, but can be obtained from the manufacturer within a reasonable period time, you will be notified of the delay and the approximate shipping date.
If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you via email and refund the charge to your credit card account.

Item Availability
Every effort is made to keep our online items available, occasionally we may be out of stock on certain items. You will be notified via email if we are temporarily out of stock or should an item not be available for you.

Shipping Policies
All items in stock will process and be shipped to you in 2-5 business days unless otherwise notified. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected in stock date and you will be notified when the item is shipped.
All shipments are via UPS ground with no signature required upon delivery to you. Nellies will ship within the continental U.S., which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Charges
Shippng charges will be $15 per order unless we notify you otherwise.

Nellie’s Guarantee
If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions:
Email LaNell with your item description and reason for return at nelliesbrenham@gmail.com to receive your return authorization number. Returns are never accepted without an return authorization number.
The items should be returned in the original shipping boxes with all store tags attached and in new/unworn/undamaged condition. Enclose a copy of your original receipt.
Your refund will be for the cost of the item only, not shipping.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Nellie’s is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Nellie’s inspects each item before it is packaged and shipped to you.
Your return must arrive to us within 15 days of the original shipping date. We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping. Refunds will not be issued for lost items.
All sales are final on reduced merchandise. There will not returns or refunds on sale items.
